Pre-departure Orientation

Pre-departure Orientation A work-ready candidate of the Company undergoes a government-mandated Pre-Deployment Orientation Seminar (PDOS). FLB OVERSEAS EMPLOYMENT AGENCY INC is an accredited PDOS-provider . It conducts the orientation in its own premises. The PDOS is a one-day session where the candidate is immersed in a comprehensive overview of the country of work–its culture, language, banking and business practices as well as relevant information concerning the worker’s place of work.




Client Interview

FLB OVERSEAS EMPLOYMENT AGENCY INC arranges for client interviews of short listed workers, if they so desire, whether personally or online and tele conferencing. Wherever you are, we arrange an interview between applicants and employers to quick response that enables the company to be flexible in dealing with various last minute changes.




Pre-qualification Testing and Training

FLB OVERSEAS EMPLOYMENT AGENCY INC has modern facilities for testing and training of applicants. If a technical or trade test is required, FLB OVERSEAS can provide assistance for the conduct of such through its network of technical or trade test institutions — public or private.

Deployment

The Company assists the worker in the A to Z requirements for departure, including passport, visa, medical examination, and other legal documentation. Where authorized by the employer, it provides assistance services including translation, authentication of documents, and airport meet-and-greet.




Post Deployment Services

Maintaining regular contact with a deployed worker and his family is part of the Company’s strategy of ensuring smooth post-deployment transition. This is also to ensure that the worker goes along well in his workplace and that his family feels assured and secured.
